From research we know that dieting has a 95% failure rate. Dieting is a no-win situation that leads to failure and feeling bad. It is not your fault that you are overweight! You have just not had the right information on what works.

Maybe like me you have done every diet going only to put all the weight back on. Frankly, I got to the stage where I could not do another diet, I just didn't believe in it any longer and I couldn't go through all that hard work and deprivation just to end up with more heartache. Thats when I decided to learn more about food and nutrition and wanted to help others in my situation.
