Appointments usually last for 1 hour expect for your initial appointment which will include a half hour free consultation.

We would usually suggestion a block booking of 3 sessions over a 6-8 week period depending on the clients needs

Single Session cost £30 (1st session includes 1/2 free consult so allow 1 1/2 hours of this session.

Block bookings of 3 sessions is £75 (when booked and paid for at initial consultation).

After first 3 sessions, it would be discussed what further sessions we or the client, felt were needed. The client is under no obligation to continue with sessions if they don't feel they need them, email or text support would still be available if the client required it.
